Smartphones, Smart Families In-Person
Smartphones, Smart Families is a program designed to help families build healthier technology habits at home. Created in response to growing concerns about screen time, sleep disruption, and family connection in the digital age, this program provides practical tools to encourage balanced screen use, open communication, and stronger family relationships. Participants will receive a free resource kit to continue the conversation at home. Presented by Bonnie Brewer, Family and Consumer Sciences agent for K-State Extension - Harvey County.

About Bonnie Brewer:
Bonnie Brewer is the Family and Consumer Sciences agent for K-State Extension - Harvey County. Receiving her bachelors in Human Ecology and Secondary Education, and Master's in Family Studies, her career has always included public education. As an extension agent, she especially enjoys providing educational programming in the areas of family and child development, as well as self-care, including relational, mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical wellness across the lifespan. For fun, Bonnie loves going on adventures with her husband and three children.
