Art "Messtival" Kick-Off Event (ages 0-9)

Kick off the Youth Summer Reading Program with some wet and messy fun!  Children ages 0-9 and their caregivers can join us at the Carriage Factory Art Gallery (128 E. 6th Street) for outdoor art projects, a scavenger hunt, water play & more!  The Newton Fire Department will arrive at 11:30 AM to open a hydrant and rinse everyone off.  Dress for a mess!
