DESCRIPTION:\nJoin K-State Research & Extension in learning your way around 
 the kitchen!  These FREE sessions are designed boost kids' nutrition and 
 fitness awareness while teaching how to prepare healthy snacks.  "Kids in 
 the Kitchen" is a 6-part series that started in October and continues 
 through March.  In January\, participants will learn how to add more whole 
 grains to their diet and make tortillas-in-a-bag.  Registration required 
 for each session! \n\nIf this is the first session your child is 
 participating in\, please fill out the K-State Research & Extension
