Music Play is Learning Play! with Jim Gill In-Person

A FREE Workshop for Early Childhood Educators, Librarians and Care Providers of Children Ages 0-7

Presented by Jim Gill, M.Ed.

Jim Gill is known as an award-winning musician and author. He has produced ten recordings of music play for young children which have received awards from the American Library Association and the Parents’ Choice Foundation.  He is the author of two picture books for young children. Jim is also a child development specialist with a Master’s Degree from the Erikson Institute of Chicago.

In this energizing session Jim shares examples of his award-winning songs and musical books that combine opportunities for active movement with word play and rhymes. Teachers, librarians and care providers will appreciate the finger plays and singable songs that they can share with children immediately after the workshop.
